Personal Statement/Bio:

Music Time offers music education to aspiring musicians of all ages and skill levels within a supportive and encouraging environment. Our team of Instructors are committed to innovative teaching and are here to serve you, whether you enjoy playing Rock, Popular, Folk, Blues or Jazz, singing or acting.

Although we have taught for years, we founded Music Time in 2009. Music Time is building a music community where musicians can have fun learning, while instilling confidence, discipline and recognition. Music Time strongly believes performance builds confidence and drives student motivation.

Education/Training:

We are NOT an online music teacher provider with hundreds of unknown music teachers that we do not personally know. We know our teachers, we are friends with our teachers and combined with our years of experience as teachers, we know what parents are looking for and what children need in a teacher. Each teacher has a background check and is certified and tested prior to joining Music Time.

All our teachers not only are college trained but are performance professionals, so they can teach their students how to be performance professionals, too. They all have advance degrees in music, plus performance experience that sets them above the rest. Many have played with professional rock groups and have music engineering experience. Music is not a part time aspiration for them, but a full time dedication.

Teaching Philosophy:

Our classes are tailored to the individual students’ music interests and learning needs. Lesson curriculum is designed specifically by our Instructors for our students in order to develop fundamentals while motivating students through all musical genres. Our dedicated and passionate professionals at Music Time will provide tools for students to realize their potential for voice, acoustic and electric guitar, piano, bass, drums, horns, songwriting, acting, bands, and ensembles.

* Provide an innovative curriculum by incorporating state of the art software and educational resources.

Music Programs:

We have private programs for piano, guitar, vocal, drums, bass, and acting and group programs in guitar, vocal and acting.

We have musical theater workshops for ages 8 and under and pop singing classes for 9 and up. We also have many different beginning and intermediate acting workshops.

Cancellation Policy:

Music Time has no contracts, but we do ask you to call or email your teacher if you miss or cancel your lessons.

Promotions:

We offer free consultation. If you are not sure what instrument you want to play, or want to watch a lesson in session, just call for an appointment.
