Personal Statement/Bio:

You've been searching everywhere for a way to get started. Someone to be in your corner as you try to begin or restart your life in music and creative work. You're not looking for a "big break", but you DO need someone who will listen, give instruction and advice, and really CARE about your growth as a creative person. Eric Copeland has been working with musicians and artists for over 20 years helping them realize their creative potential.

Education/Training:

Eric Copeland and his company Creative Soul have been working in studios throughout the Kentucky and Tennessee region for over 20 years. For the last 6 years, Creative Soul has been based in Nashville, TN and has been busy working with artists and musicians from around the country and the world. Copeland has studied at the University of Kentucky, University of Illinois Chicago, and is currently pursuing additional music degree work at Middle Tennessee State University.

Teaching Philosophy:

We believe in good old-fashioned one-on-one training. We also believe in tailoring our lessons and teaching plans to the student, and not just going through the motions with one lesson plan. Each artist we have ever worked with is like a snowflake, and MUST be instructed completely differently. We will work with each client to determine a course that fits exactly what you need to know.
