Personal Statement/Bio:

As a mother, I have a very busy schedule but still find the yearning desire to be teaching. Private lessons are the perfect opportunity to work around a crazy schedule and still do what I love! I have moved all over the country for my husband's job, so I have used private lessons as a means of creativity, helping students reach their fullest potential.

My own children are now starting to experience the desire to learn an instrument and I am thrilled that I can teach them!

I am a hard working individual with a passion for music. I fully believe that everyone has the ability to develop the skills to create and pursue music as long as the dedication is there for learning.

Education/Training:

I am a college graduate from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Arts and Humanities and a minor in Theatre. I have been teaching children's choir/ private voice and piano lessons for over 10 years. In fact, private lessons were a major contributor to my financial situation to get me through college! I have taught music/theatre at the elementary, high school and college level.

I have studied voice under the top teachers in LA, and South Florida, ranging from classical to rock. Applying their various styles and techniques to create a blend that works to fit my own unique style.

Teaching Philosophy:

Each student is different. Therefore it is important to understand that I treat every student differently according to their style, schedule, learning curve. The best way to succeed is to have fun and set attainable goals, and these will vary with each student.

Cancellation Policy:

Lessons that are not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged for the full lesson fee. Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Promotions:

FREE half hour introductory Lesson. Student is responsible for the cost of materials and instrument provided.
