Personal Statement/Bio:
I am the CEO of Integrative Arts Creations, Inc., a music education company that strives to equipt artist with the musical skills needed to be creative beyond just learning to play an instrument. I have been teaching music education in the privately and in the public school system for 15 years. I specialize in teaching students how to integrate music skills into other subject areas as well as how to use music skills to play piano, compose and arrange music.
Education/Training:
B.A. in Music/Voice from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia
M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Coppin State College, in Baltimore, Maryland
Teaching Philosophy:
"Use the musical gifts of God, our creator to create masterpieces for His glory."
I teach students to work collaboratively to achieve the music skills that will represent who they are as individuals, and who they are as creators.
