Personal Statement/Bio:

An Oklahoma native and OCU Alum (BM ’93) Dalycia received her Masters Degree in Voice Performance from Boston University in 1999. She has performed with several professional companies including Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Tulsa Opera, Light Opera Works (Chicago IL), and the Cleveland Opera. Some favorite productions include Carmen (Carmen), Hansel (Hansel and Gretel), Sister Berthe (Sound of Music), Beauty and the Beast, Fiddler on the Roof and Evita. She most recently shared the stage with Jonathan Beck Reed in Lyric Theatre’s production of The Music Man. She has toured overseas and performed with several professional choral groups as well. Also a classically trained pianist, Dalycia has operated her own studio teaching voice and piano since 2003 and is currently on staff with the University of Central Oklahoma.
